I have no idea what the problem is so its hard to give any info. Generally BOINC does suck Im afraid :(, its just really hard to use... Could anyone help?

Hi Mardeth
I'm afraid I can't help but would suggest you pose the question here where i'm sure you'll get plenty of help

You will need to register seperately for that board but its well worth it and only takes a minute

Hi Mardeth
You do seem to have a problem! I can't "see" any data about your computer, let
alone about trickles.

Wherever you post, can you tell us about your type of computer (PC / Mac), the
operating system, speed, ram, and whether you're crunching "classic" or BOINC.
If BOINC, what version. This would help a little. As it is, all that can be seen
seems to indicate classic CP. And your Total Credit, Model Years, and time you
joined agrees roughly with what I have, so it seems your system is working, but
not displaying.

Also, if you're running Classic, there is a separate area to post for help to
which I don't have access. I don't know how this affects what results can seen by BOINCers.

Les

Ok. Im running:

-BOINC version 4.05. (Classic worked just fine)
-Windows Xp SP1
-Barton 2800+
-768 DDR

When I look in BOINC at the "Projects" page it show my total credits to be ~8600 with an average of 56. So it should be doing something right.

odd, I can't even see a computer ID for your account. Have you done any "merge"-es of computers? Perhaps you "merged off" a computer and it got "lost in space?"

I'm also running BOINC 4.05, (successfully), but Carl's idea about a past merge
has given me an idea.

How about starting a "new" computer? If the server got confused in the past,
perhaps it will get confused again and add on your old credits. At the least, you
will have something showing and accumulating credits.

I know people have accidently created a new appearance, but I don't know how to do
it, accidently or deliberately.

I looked through the Top Computer list, but I can't see you, so the server probably
can't see your trickles, although there is a problem with the page for numbers 61-80.
