I have boinc client in "D:\Boinc" . I install a new version 4.15 and now a have a new files in "D:\" This files is "graphics.xml" and "init_data.xml". Its ok, or bug?
Client work without any problem. Old version 4.13.4.14 and beta version 4.5x had all files in one folder (example d:\boinc).

To me, it doesn't seem that it is a CPDN connected problem. Happened the same here but no CPDN project attached. If you look inside init_data.xml, there are indicia to ProteinPredictor.

It depends on wich project is active when you update...
The active project startup files will be placed in the root directory (That's the BUG) of the install drive. Nothing more happens.
