Failed to cleanup the Windows Sockets Interface ?

I have the Boinc logo on my desktop. When I double click, I get the above error message from BOINC GUI ERROR : Failed to cleanup the Windows Sockets Interface.. Can any one help with what this means.. |

This comes from the project starting twice. i.e, you have it in your startup folder and in the "all users" as well. I don't think you have to worry about it, but if you don't want to see it again, check the folders and remove the one you don't want. (It often happens when you decide to run it as a service.)
