I'm running the latest version of BOINC on a Windows XP Pro system, and the graphics screensaver isn't working well. The "climateprediction.net" title that bounces across the top is most of the time covered with a black rectangle, and I can see the stars through the globe. But, most importantly, nothing updates on the graphics. Even though work is being done, the screensaver shows the same graphic (it doesn't even update CPU time).

What can I do?

It could be a hardware or system graphics problem. Check that you have the latest drivers. Also run the dxdiag diagnostics.
