Hello! Here is the situation: - Trickled the first time with 4.13 - Migrated to 4.19 (with a bit of trouble, but sorted it out with help from this forum) - Continued the work with 4.19 until trickled the second time Boinc still crunches happily, i got credits apparently from both trickles, but on the result page: http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/result.php?resultid=517713 Outome: client error exit status: -185 (0xffffff47) My question: Should i just continue or start from scratch? is my workunit damaged? Any info would be greatly appreciated. - Joonas |

>Outcome Client error >Client state Downloaded >Exit status -185 (0xffffff47) The database seems to think that there was a problem with downloading the model but this doesn't seem to be the case. Several people have continued crunching a model after a crash which had led to that database showing an error and have apparantly successfully uploaded the model. So you will probably be all right. However I would still be tempted to start again just in case. A certain loss of 2 trickles(not the credit) or a possible loss of 72 trickles - hmm. your decision. The error condition was uploaded on 2nd Feb and your second trickle was made on 4th, so you should have no problems continuing with you current job Joonas. "The ultimate test of a moral society is the kind of world that it leaves to its children." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer |
