The Statsfreakz site offered certificates for completion of workunits at various levels on CPDN Classic:

I'm not aware of any equivalent for Boinc, but there may well be some generic (not CPDN specific) provider of something similar.

When we can eventually buy the mugs, they will be even better than certificates. You can only have 1 certificate in 1 place, because multiple copies would look like fakes. If you boast too much about your own certificates, this can appear arrogant or boring. Few people will say 'WOW!'

But we will be able to buy multiple mugs, openly advertising both cpdn and our own superior capabilities without needing to say a word. The mugs will solve dilemmas about birthday presents for both children and adults for a whole year. The elegant design will attract the attention of aesthetes, and everyone who ever has a hot drink will be amazed by the heat sensitivity. Everyone will say 'WOW!'
