WinXP Pro, Win2k Server I would like to have the BOINC GUI client up while running CPN as a service, is this possible? I'd like to be able to periodically monitor the work units, pause the processing (without having to go to the services control panel) and be able to turn on the visualization. If the GUI is not an option here, are there any other options for doing the above? Thanks. |

From what I heard this will come, the GUI and the core will be separated, maybe it's even in 4.62 already but that's a test version still. |

I use BoincView. It's easy to set up and can be used to monitor clients on other systems too. "The ultimate test of a moral society is the kind of world that it leaves to its children." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer |
