Welcome to the project, Davycarol. You haven't given much to go on, so I'll have to guess. There are two parts to this "program": CPDN, which does the calculations, and BOINC, which looks after 'house keeping', such as downloading, uploading, sharing computer time between different 'distributed computer' projects, etc. It sounds as though you mean CPDN is 'not working'. There is a process in CPDN that handles some types of problem by rewinding the date; first it rewinds a day and tries again, then a month, and then a year. If it still can't solve the problem, it gives up and sends an error message back to the server. This may be what has happened to your model. If so, just be patient and keep watching it. And you need to be patient with trickles. Trickle numbers that have been received won't get re-displayed; the server will start displaying again from the next trickle that follows the last one it already has. In your case, this will be trickle 3. There are 2 text files, (to start with, 4 later), in the BOINC folder which contain the messages you get: stdout for the messages you see in the gui under Messages, and stderr for the error messages. When these get re-written, (when you re-start BOINC), the .txt is renamed to .old, and new .txt files created. You may find something in one of these which helps you to understand what has happened.
