But note that RAC does not work reliably with CPDN. When a model run finishes the server sometimes incorrectly gives extra credits that are then deducted when the server corrects the stats every four hours. RAC cannot be corrected in that process, and the incorrect bonus is still counted in the RAC calculation. |

Also RAC was supposed to be calculated on a periodic basis but due to database server loads this is not done on most projects. So, when LHC@Home went off-line most people's RAC stayed up. It should have decayed to 0 over time. Many of the Stat sites do calculate it correctly. |
