As a followup to the NS articles on Climate change, (12 Feb,) there some letters in 26 Feb issue about them.

In New Scientist March 5, there are some more, one with a cartoon:
2 men outside an insurance office, one says "I didn’t believe in global warming
until they refused to insure me against it."

Essay for the issue is a review of Michael Crichton’s 'State of Fear', and is labeled: Dangerous fiction.

****
And, very OT , in Feedback:

From a BBC news report, 18 February: "A police officer told a Dublin court
he believed the notes were part of an IRA money-laundering operation.
The cash was in a box of washing powder in a Northern Ireland-registered car."

Hmmmm
