I have two pc and two account one for each pc. Can I move a workunit from pc-1 to pc-2 and finish the workunit on that pc? |

All the account data is contained within files in the BOINC folder so it will continue to run under the account that the WU was set up under. |

Doesn't BOINC keep track of what PC it sent the workunit to and only accept the answer from that pc? This was a "feature" to help prevent fraud. |

With CP WU are so long, they have to allow people to upgrade their PC. Perhaps the fraud prevention is in stopping credit being given to more than one host. By moving the whole BOINC folder the credit still goes to the one authorised host. |
