A few weeks ago one of my hosts (ID 1975) attempted to return the final zip files, however, at that time unknown to me, the servers were down, according to boincs logs the transfers went normally. Unfortunately, the result has failed to show as completed on my account.
When the servers were online again, I tried to re-run the final 1.5 days from backup, and, once again all the zips were uploaded, and once again, they failed to show up.
The result id is 653384, workunit id 439883, I cannot now re-run the final few days of the unit, but still have all the zips, etc, stored, so can anyone let me know if it is actually possible to manually return a set of results, and how it can be achieved?

Thanks, Ken

Hi Ken. This sometimes happens that the server state does not change even though you upload everything correctly. According to Carl, one of the IT people on this project, the data is still available to the investigators so all is not lost. I have a few of these as do others I know. Since the files uploaded correctly, you do not need to upload anything manually, and there is no facility for that anyway.
