I have always thought that UTC was the same as GMT here in the UK, but I have just noticed something. My last tickle went up at 11:20 UTC but my manager says it went up at 12:20. I have also noticed that some of the tickle times are not what is in the manager most of them are 2 minutes after the manager. So is there a slight time when they upload to when they are reported?
