I\'ve tried to upload results for more than 24 hours now. I\'m getting this error:
13/12/2005 11:07:37|climateprediction.net|Started upload of sulphur_dick_000630308_0_1.zip
13/12/2005 11:07:39||Couldn\'t connect to hostname [uploader1.atm.ox.ac.uk]
13/12/2005 11:07:39|climateprediction.net|Temporarily failed upload of sulphur_dick_000630308_0_1.zip: system I/O

Server (uploader1.atm.ox.ac.uk) responds to pings. Any ideas?

systen I/O indicates something wrong with input/ output files.

Suggestion:
Did you do a copy, past or move operation on the zip files?

No, but being programmer, I know that I/O is a very general term, so I assumed that it had something to do with \"Couldn\'t connect to hostname\".
The only thing that would deny bonic access to that file that I can think of is my antivirus which obtains an exclusive lock on the file while it is being scanned. I will investigate it, but I don\'t think that it will rescan accessed files.

AVs that lock a file while they scan it cause the cp software to trip up and crash.
Exclude the BOINC folder from scanning.
