Its now over 10 days yet e@h, seti, and other dc projects on three other computers are OK. I cant attach to CPDN with any of them. I cant even connect to http://climateprdiction.net directly. ?? But maybe there is a solution to attach your other host to CPDN in a roundabout: 1. On the host that is already attached at CPDN navigate to the directory where you have installed BOINC in (usually C:\\Program Files\\BOINC\\). 2. Look for a file named: \'account_climateprediction.net.xml\'. 3. Copy this file to a removeable drive or a CDR. 4. On the host that you want to attach to CPDN exit BOINC and navigate to the directory where you have installed BOINC in. 5. Copy the file named \'account_climateprediction.net.xml\' from your removeable drive or CDR to the BOINC directory of this machine and make sure it isn\'t write protected after you have copied it. 6. Start BOINC again on this machine. If you are lucky you\'re now attached to CPDN at this machine. ID: 19839 · Reply Quote
