Hello,

Every new user is meeting this issue. Please fix it.

You need to point out in your instructions for new users that after signing up, and before installing the software, they must log onto their profile, log using their account key, and then create a user password.

Its a simple but annoying problem with a simple solution. It will take you no time at all to amend the instructions and save everyone from a confusing start!

Thanks.

actually you shouldn\'t need to create an account via the website, the boinc manager client will create the account on the client side, and then you can use your email-address & password to login here.

SES
You obviously have an account, otherwise you wouldn\'t be able to post here.

Have you gone into this account and created a password? If not, please do so.
Then use BOINC to attach again, this time using \"Existing account\", and enter your name and password.
