Hello, I mentioned a problem with storing the correct computer location. My default location is \'home\'. I\'m using one machine with profile \'work\'. I can set this in the computer-settings. But after an update-request with the core client the settings are back to \'home\'. This happens only with climateprediction. seti and predictor work well. Any idea? Greetings Stefan |

Make sure you set your preferences for the "work" location at <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/prefs.php?subset=project">this location</a>, at <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/prefs.php?subset=global">this location</a> and set the correct location <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/hosts_user.php">for the correct computer</a> ... Always use the <b>Update Preferences</b> button. Then update seperately in BOINC. -------------------- Jordâ„¢ <img src="http://boinc.mundayweb.com/cpdn/stats.php?userID=2&trans=off"> |

I did - without any positive results. The locations aren't stored correct. That "feature" is now also on the seti-site. :-( Stefan |
