Well, a bunch of trickles have been posted to my WUs. So, the next credit update I will jump a lot!

Looks like they got some of it fixed!

Roger, that.

Received a PM from Tolu (on the other Forum) that they had problems to resolve but things should catch-up soon.

hopefully we\'re caught up, there was an esoteric glitch that crashed the trickle processor, but it is fixed now.

Well, for me about 20 trickles got posted, but at this stage exactly zero credits. I think \"some\" is the operative term here. :-)

credits can take up to 24 hours to process from when a trickle is reported; also the server is a bit behind in processing the trickle data files (used in the plots), but it will catch up in a few days!

Credits are currently posted once per day. I believe it currently happens between 07:00 and 12:00 UTC. This changes every so often, depending on how the servers have been worked on.

So I suspect within the next 8 hours we will see a bunch of credits.

It seems the trickle server is having issues, again. Last 48 hours my RAC has dropped, and no credit has been given, even though I know I have trickled up.

Add me as well. Seems there is a need to have a \'kick the database\' function available...

Thought I\'d seen the same thing so checked our team totals and they are way done for yesterday. Seems to happen every now and then. If it hasn\'t picked up in a day or two I may start to worry. Don\'t want all that work disappearing.

And the server status page hasn\'t updated in 24hrs or so either soooooo....
I guess there just ain\'t no cure for the summertime blues?
On the other hand the seasonal attribution project seems to be cruising along just fine....

If you look at the http://boincstats.com/stats/project_graph.php?pr=cpdn
page you will see that it does not happen now and again, it happens all the bloody time. Climateprediction have by far the worst record of any project and their servers limp along from one crisis to the next. I would not be surprised if there was not a total failure one day. However I have not heard of any data loss.

Wellll... it looks like someone kick-started the server again, but the transitioner backlog is listed as 73 hours, so even if everything is working correctly it may be a while before we see any trickles/credits posted...

This is not the number that worries me, and it drained to 0 by now. The real problem is this:

Workunits waiting for validation: 98,994

This may take days to drain...
