The work unit that my computer was processing is no longer displayed in the BOINC Manager. There was over 1000 hours of CPU time and now it is all gone. The account information is in the Projects tab. There is no climate information on the Work tab. The last Statistics was 11 days ago. And there is 1.75 GB on the Disk tab. Here is the last climate information on the Messages: This is from stdoutdae.old 2006-06-07 22:45:11 [climateprediction.net] Sending scheduler request to http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc_cgi/cgi 2006-06-07 22:45:11 [climateprediction.net] Reason: To send trickle-up message 2006-06-07 22:45:11 [climateprediction.net] Note: not requesting new work or reporting results 2006-06-07 22:45:16 [climateprediction.net] Scheduler request to http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc_cgi/cgi succeeded 2006-06-07 23:45:09 [climateprediction.net] Pausing result sulphur_el0j_000680419_0 (removed from memory) This is from stdoutdae.txt 2006-07-26 20:11:49 [climateprediction.net] Sending scheduler request to http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc_cgi/cgi 2006-07-26 20:11:49 [climateprediction.net] Reason: Requested by user 2006-07-26 20:11:49 [climateprediction.net] Note: not requesting new work or reporting results 2006-07-26 20:11:54 [climateprediction.net] Scheduler request to http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc_cgi/cgi succeeded 2006-07-26 20:17:18 [---] request_reschedule_cpus: project op Thanks for any help! |

If it\'s gone from the Work tab, then you\'ll need to restore from the last backup. If you haven\'t been making backups, then it\'s permanently gone. PS If it\'s gone, then don\'t feel too bad about it. The important data was in the phase 1 upload of sulphur models, which were only a short (3-4 months) project to get some starting data for the Coupled Ocean models. These started in February, so the late finishing sulphur models will be added to the pool of data, but aren\'t really needed now. And the new TCMs need a 5.* version of BOINC, and run for 160 years. |
