Yes, sorry about that. I have a pair in the same situation. Works some times, not others. Seems to be an issue with recent boinc versions.

The merging uses the descriptions of the computer to see if they are the same.
Yours aren\'t, because one is \'described\' by BOINC 5.8.8., and the other by an earlier version.

It looks like the stats process has fallen over again.

No worries. If the daily run fails, everything will get caught-up next time it does run. (It seems that the script likes an occasional break, preferably on weekends!)

And Carl, bless him, usually goes in and kick-starts it if it gets stuck, but is presumably not available to do so this weekend. Hope you\'re having a good one Carl, enjoy the break!

Having said that, and without grudging the team their weekend off, it\'s now Monday afternoon (even by Oxford Time LOL) and it would be quite nice to be told what\'s happening, guys?!

Best regards,

All of my recent trickles have been credited in the last half-hour or so. Thanks, Carl.

Well, lucky old you! I\'m still waiting for mine to show up - but it\'s the team credits I want to know about, rather than my personal credits, and that will probably take a bit longer! Still, at least things are moving.....

A multi-project cruncher has misbehaved and cheated bigtime. It was when Carl dealt with this on cpdn that the stats updates stopped. A number of other cpdn projects this cheat was \'attached\' to still have to deal with the problem, so if there are credit delays there, members will just have to be patient.

For well over a week now, I keep getting the message \"scheduler request failed; server returned nothing\". I know I am due for some trickle credits.

The last time you connected to the sever was on the 20th of Feb, with this model, hadcm3ohc_2cm0_05658015_0?

Have you tried to update since then? Go to the manager and try to update manually! Use Projects, update, on the advanced menu. If that does not work, then you need more help than I can give off the top of my head.

Thanks Rory. Yes, I have updated all my projects repeatedly and Climatedprediction remains stuck at Feb.21. The message \"server returned etc.\" keeps popping up every ten minutes or so as well. Should I abort? Anyone with any ideas?

I think you\'ll get your next credits when your model trickles next time, on or soon after the model reaches Dec 4th. I don\'t think anyone gets credits between trickles.

This is what I have been getting now, many times a day, for the last two weeks. I have aborted, but it sits there and generates the same message. I have tried to install climateprediction again, but it is impossible to register. Something prevents my making contact.

Hi Bellator

Do you have a firewall setting that is blocking connection? Are you still seeing progress in the manager ie % wise?

I nearly forgot, just take a look at your task, and see if it is still running, in hours crunched, this is very clear in the mini view, but in the graphics just keep an eye on the dates?

This is what I got today, after having run the new task for 35 hours. There appears to be movement in hours run, in the percentage and (very slowly) in hours to completion. This is the same problem I had before I detached and reattached so it is very frustrating. In my account data I see nothing other than the listing of the current task. There is no problem in the firewall settings; besides all my other task run without any problem whatsoever.

(just lost my whole message, have to start all over again). This is what I got today after 35 hours of crunching! Same problem I had before I detached and reattached. In statistics I am flat lined from 20 to 23 March, in account data I see nothing other than a listing of current task. Under tasks I have a percentage that is now up to 0.684 and the hours to completion is also (very slowly) coming down. Very frustrating! Am I wasting my time on this project?

Hi Bellator

I was flat lined yesterday, so you are a few days more than me. But you must make sure you are passed December of the next year to get the credits for the year crunched, December the 8th is best as then you know you have pasted the required date.
I try to update after the turn of the new year, as then I know its fine!
