How often a user get credits on climateprediction.net work? |

Every model year some results are sent back to the servers in the form of a \'trickle\'. A credit of 259.2 will be added to your total for each trickle, adding up to 160 x 259.2 = 41,472.0 credits for a whole model. However, the credits don\'t necessarily appear immediately. The job that calculates credits runs approximately daily and is sometimes delayed. |

If you don\'t want surplus models to be downloaded to your PC, click the \'no more work\' button on the first (projects) tab in the Boinc manager when climateprediction.net is selected on the right. (Noticed that you\'ve aborted two models, I presume this was because they were unexpectedly downloaded). I'm a volunteer and my views are my own. News and Announcements and FAQ |
