When I right click on a workunit and choose \"show graphics\" I get a popup window titled \"nVidia OpenGL Driver\" which says:

Driver components mis-match. Exit is the only option

I have to choose OK, and when I do, the model uploads with error status and a new one down loads and starts.

I\'ve just tried this twice, so its repeatable.

What should I do to fix it?

Thanks

How about leaving your system specs, including your video card?

My guess is that the visualisation software is making an OpenGL call which isn't implemented in your nVidia driver, KeeperC. I'd start by checking if nVidia have a driver update.

Thanks for the responses.

My system is a Dell D800 laptop with a 1.6GHz Pentium M and 1GB RAM running Win XP SP2. The graphics card is an nVidia GeForce4 4200 Go with 64MB RAM. The video BIOS and driver are the most recent available from the Dell download site. I checked the nVidia site and they have nothing available for this card - they say updates should be obtained from the OEM, in this case Dell.

Looks like a video card compatibility problem.
Your video graphics need to have OpenGL support.
To test whether your card is OpenGL compliant,
download the openGL extensions from here and
run the install to check if your video card is compatible.
If it isn't - i'd suggest updating your video driver.
Or check on manufacturers' website for the latest drivers.

Thanks all for your responses.

My video drivers were the latest available but they must have got corrupted somehow. I downloaded them again from Dell and reinstalled them over the top of existing ones and everything seems to have gone back to normal. A second problem which I thought indicated incipient failure of my screen has gone away too!

I've run the tests, and the only thing it sees a problem with is my card doesn't have 8bit palette texture support. Is this screensaver running an 8bit palette?
