I participate in climeteprediction.net using Linux BOINC client. I have already spent 2429 hours and I have ~6523 hours until I\'m done. However, my client says the deadline for my results is 2007.01.16. I can see my computations won\'t be finished until this deadline. What should I do in this situation?

If you mainly run just the climate project, then you can ignore the deadline (the project doesn\'t mind, the data will continue to be accepted and you\'ll continue to get credit).

However, if you run other projects as well, you might find that scheduling of new work gets affected.
