Normaly in every result I saw there was mentioned the parameter that where changed for that unit like max temp, wind speed, ice etc.. . however in this WU:

There isn\'t any parameter changed, is it normal? what is CP checking with this WU?

There's nothing to worry about.

It means you've got honour of processing the model that uses the default value for every parameter :)
