No more \"errors\" I would like to ask you to tell me how to get rid of ALL files pertaining to this program, I also would like to ask you to delete my account. I\'ve been using this program a while and well I ain\'t to thrilled bout\' losing ALL my work. I mean it\'s not your fault but I\'ve been paying to run this unit just for this program and now that I see errors...no no way am I going to deal with it. Look I\'m a disabled guy and I just can\'t read and absorb this issue and it\'s repair. Please close my account and tell me in plain English if you how to COMPLETELY remove this from Vista and XP. I use both on this unit and have been running this program separately in both so there would be no errors. Worked fine till today. Well I stopped work for the other site because they had \"issues\" I\'m just tired of em\' I\'m wanting to help! Not have new issues. Thanks and good luck to ya. One last thing I\'ll not be doing anything to send results. I just want it gone. Paul Hinz
