Pending credit
Result ID Claimed credit
7292900 4,536.84
Pending credit: 4,536.84

Not sure about this. The result seems to have validated OK, but it sure would be nice to have another 4536.84 in credits coming ;-)

Hi,

The \'pending\' credit has already been included in your normal credit figure (the pending figures should really be hidden because it is irrelevant at the various climate projects).

I'm a volunteer and my views are my own.

I disagree...

There\'s something here. My messages show trickle ups about every four hours. I haven\'t received any credit for the past four days....

I have always gotten credit every day...

Thanks for checking...

That could be several things, but one thing it\'s not is Boinc pending credit :-)

The first alternative is that trickle processing is halting or lagging.

The second is the credit process has frozen - but I don\'t see any signs of that on BoincStats for the project as a whole.

And finally, something may have happened to your model(s), for example it has rewound, or it has turned into a slow-processing iceworld.

Is this the model you are running on your PC(s)? There are no trickles registered after the 18th.

http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/result.php?resultid=7292900

If so, could you take a look and see what the %complete is? We\'d be expecting something around 66.7%.

-- Edit:

A very belated \'snap\'! :-)

If you\'re talking about this model, then, as you can see, no trickles are shown since the 19th.

If you restored the model from a backup about then, then all trickles will be ignored until the model reaches a new model time.

THEN you\'ll start getting credit again.

edit
I see that Mike is also looking at this.
:)

Okey Dokey....

I have been very patient. Actually I have been gone since last Thursday.

But this WU is still doing trickles and still not giving me credit. My RAC is shot ;-(

Should I abort this?

Dora,

A new trickle has just come through (here): it\'s into phase 3.

(The slabs don\'t like to be interrupted at phase changes! Since the CPU time has doubled, I would guess that the model hit some trouble entering phase 3 and decided to redo phases 1 & 2.)

Well done for waiting. Time to make a backup?

Of all the BOINC projects I run, this one scares me the most...

But it is also the most important to me....

Thanks!

Looks like it finished fine: here.

Best of luck with the new models (particularly the HADCM3 coupled model - they take much longer).
