How is the new 10TB server setup coming along? I have a HadSM3mh that will be complete in 5 hours from now.... I see that the upload server uploadoerc is down. I\'ll suspend network activity for now, but when can I enable it to upload the final zip file and acknowledgment? |

The new server will be installed sometime this week. Or perhaps next week, the way these thinks go. :) When something positive is known, it\'ll be posted in News. |

I posted about this in the News thread yesterday (top of this Number Crunching section) and included a link to the server status page. The fact that two upload servers are currently down suggests to me that the job has been started. I expect Milo will only tell us more when the installation of the new server has been completed. All we can do in the meantime is keep an eye on the server status page. Milo and Tolu may try to leave the servers up and running when they go home in the evening so it would be worth looking again in 5 or 6 hours from now. And because there are several CPDN upload servers, even if one or two are down it could be that your model\'s lucky. Cpdn news |
