A few weeks ago Idid deside that I wanted to start again with the climate prediction account, but unfortenatly I was forgotten the password from my account from about 1 and a half year ago, I did asked it on the side by giving my emailadress a several times and evrytime it says that it was send but there was nothing evrytime so I desided to start a new account where I working a lot of hours with, a few minutes ago I thought lets try again with in mind that it will fail again but it didnt fail they send it so I could make a new pasword and open that account, my question is: is there a way to get the exsisting credits from that old account into the new one, I\'m affraid it can\'t but you never know, not asked is not knowing it.
Thanks in advance,
Browny

This is an often asked question, and the answer is: No you can\'t combine them, as the 2 accounts effectively belong to 2 different people.

Hi, Browny,

You are correct in that accounts can\'t be merged. BOINC assumes that, if email addresses differ, two people are involved. As I understand it, you have to choose one account or the other; people tend to choose the one with the most credit.

I wonder whether your ISP\'s spam-capturing software intercepted the earlier emails . . .

Edit: Beat me to it again, Les!
