I understand CP have been sorting out servers lately but I have quite a few finished WUs on 1 machine and 1 WU on another machine.
A few managed to upload yesterday, only half a dozen or so.
I have been wanting to re-build the machine with the 1 stuck WU for some time, this weekend I have a chance do it. Can I just save the Boinc folder then install the folder on the new build, install a new Boinc Client and point it to the folder, and hopefully it will upload once the servers are sorted.
Tom.

That sounds like it should work.I have never done this with a completed model, but, I have done this a number of times with WU’s that were in progress and it works well.

If you're trying to upload to uploader1.atm then please note that it's still down transferring data, a process that was interrupted yesterday and which I then re-started today.

12/02/2011 22:40:46 climateprediction.net Temporarily failed upload of hadam3p_saf_2cxd_1979_1_007146436_0_12.zip: connect() failed
12/02/2011 22:40:46 climateprediction.net Backing off 2 hr 6 min 56 sec on upload of hadam3p_saf_2cxd_1979_1_007146436_0_12.zip

That file goes to uploader1.atm. The transfer process Milo is doing may take a while.
The Server Status page has a link in the blue menu to the left, 5 from the bottom.

Got 2 WUs (South Africa) that I've been unable to upload since 4 days.
One more is about to be ready for upload.

Yes I have around 6 complete HadAM3P-EU and 2 complete Running HadAM3P-SAF models to upload with an average 7 or so files per model...so thats 50 files that need to upload.

Both kraken.oerc and srv1.cpdn.psu.edu say they are running so I guess I just have to wait... :(

Upload server kraken.oerc Running HadAM3P-EU Tasks ready to send 42,167
Upload server srv1.cpdn.psu.edu Running HadAM3P-SAF Tasks ready to send 76,731

The problem is not Kraken; it's Uploader1.atm

I've set uploader1.atm such that it will be accepting files for the moment. But, it's not processing them for inclusion in the results database as there's an enormous data transfer (18TB) going on.

What machines do the European Region, Southern Africa, and Pacific North West accept?

Windows.
Only the FAMOUS model types have an app for Macs at present, and the supply of these has run out. Keep an eye on the News and Announcements thread at the top of this section, (Number crunching), for news about more.

And keep in mind that the app for Macs was compiled with SSE2 turned on, meaning that these models run too fast, and fail more often than not.
