Try shutting down BOINC, and then re-starting it.

The place to post about problems is in the Number crunching section. You'll find lots of threads there about recent problems.
It's also where the News and Announcements thread is, (right at the top), which is where we post important info that people need to know about, such as re-starting BOINC.
If you subscribe to that thread, and have your project prefs set for email notification, you'll get an email whenever there's a new post there.
