This is not a new phenomenon but a six-month board-search didn't find a reference. (It was probably discussed on the original boards.)

Task:
http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/result.php?resultid=15879525
had its CPU time reset to zero, then start over. Trickle sequence continues without interruption and Time Steps continue to advance as though nothing was wrong. The task will be allowed to continue to completion (if it will --> the Work Unit has a checkered history).

Nothing unusual in Messages tab.

I saw this once a month or two ago -- let task run to end and it reported OK.
Think it was some glitch with the BOINC server - but NOT serious.
Concur that it's not something to worry about.
Concur - reassure - no biggie (but strange and possibly disconcerting)

Thanks, Eirik. That's reassuring, indeed.

Eirik,

Like yours, my task completed normally -- though it shows about half a normal run-time (I wish it was a true value!) '.zip' files went home okay. However, like so many of my other tasks (and, I'm sure, like many tasks of many other participants) lingers in wait of opportunity to 'report.'

Patience, I tell myself. Patience...

Jim
