I've just emailed Andy with the following: Thank you. Now I know where to find the batch number I can pass that along with any future stuck uploads (hopefully of course things will run smoothly & without error). The tasks were still stuck when I went to sleep last night. I was surprised and delighted that the issue was sorted before I woke up this morning (local time its Thursday here where I am GMT+12 TIME ZONE). Happy Crunching :) Vicki |

Gosh, back here again. The same task is having issues with the next trickle wah2_sas50 batch 378 Hopefully it will clear overnight as the same transient http error resolves itself. Good night (locally a bit after 11pm.) Vicki |

Sorry if I'm contributing to the noise, but I'm not sure I understand what constitutes new or important information. So, in case it helps, I'll add that I'm having trouble with an eu_g26l and eu_g29e from batch 379. Both are trying to go to upload2, I believe, and failing with the same "transient HTTP error". |

Had gone up to four on 371 &372 but all cleared now. |

It looks like upload2 may be down again, for SAS50. |

We may have another upload problem with the hadam3p_afr50 tasks. I presently have 2 zip files stuck in the transfer tab. These are from batch 390. Do these go to uploader2 ? |

Gosh, back here again. The same task is having issues with the next trickle wah2_sas50 batch 378 If thew 2 digits next to .zip are a guide, its trickle #11 that's stuck The task is now 90.5 % complete. Hopefully it will clear overnight as the same transient http error resolves itself. Good night (locally a bit after 11pm.) Issues with the credit system I can live with short term, stuck uploads is making my patience run a little thin. On the plus side, it is the only task from that batch, the others are running all good. Vicki |

Les did any of your zips upload successfully? Mine all uploaded to 100% and then failed and backed off. Still getting the “No such file or directory” message. :( Yes, it turns out that mine have done the same Jim. Must be a 2 part problem. I'll send an email when I get back from church. |

OK, message sent, but this may be a Monday problem. Perhaps the NAS has become unloaded. |

I am having the same error as Jim, 2 trickles from the same task that I have posted about in the last day or 2 are stuck at 100% Is there a way to turn off network for just one project? or do I simply try suspending the task until this glitch is sorted? Kind thoughts Vicki |

Hi Vicki "Network" control is for all projects, unfortunately. But you can Suspend any of the affected models, and this will stop the creation of any more zips. I think that the problem may be the NAS (Network-attached storage), which is (or at least was), in another area, and connected to the server via the University network. Which leaves lots of places that the disconnect could have occurred. Which in turn means that the IT person has to be on site. :( |

Hi Les and other readers. Glad to say the troublesome task has just completed, uploaded and sucessfully reported. My afr50 task from batch 390 also sucessfully uploaded a trickle on its first attempt. Smiling as I head to bed. Good night although for some of you it could be getting close to midday! Vicki |
