The project has been told, David thought things should be back to normal after the site went down the other night. Clearly not. |

Thanks Les, I can confirm that all four model types I have among my six tasks are now showing all their trickles. |

Update on the two 771 hadcm3s models. The 120 months one at 72% with only one trickle. The 240 months one at 37% no trickles at all. I saw on the other thread that message has been sent but I just report here the issue. |

Hmm, new trickles aren't been shown on task pages for over last twenty hours. Maybe for same reason that caused "Project is under maintenance" announcement showing up on the web pages during earlier today? Reloading the pages eventually showed the right page but several retries were needed. |

Problem 1 There is a still unfixed bug in the "short" models that is putting the wrong value into the trickle_up files. It is, in fact, the same value in each case. It's the value that a server program looks at to see if that trickle_up Remote Procedure Call (RPC), (they're NOT zip files), has been received before. If it has, then the new trickle_up is discarded. *********************** Problem 2 Due to the horribly slowed down server, (overloaded?), the trickle_ups aren't getting processed. Possibly that script isn't running. Which means that even the first trickle_up isn't showing up on the task pages. :( *********************** I hope that no one is desperate for credits from these tasks. |

thanks for your answer but are these tasks useful for CPDN? |

thanks for your answer but are these tasks useful for CPDN? Yes. All of the science data is in the zip files. And, unfortunately, it's not possible to see the fate of the zips after they leave peoples computers, so one just has to hope that they get to the server safely, where ever it is. |

I have also problems that the recent trickles are not shown in the stats, but at other batches than the ones mentioned in earlier posts. My WUs are: wah2_sam25_s7lb_200212_13_742_011580905_1 https://www.cpdn.org/cpdnboinc/result.php?resultid=21262688 wah2_sam25_s245_199012_13_742_011573807_1 https://www.cpdn.org/cpdnboinc/result.php?resultid=21269089 wah2_pnw25_cesi_199909_121_747_011619116_0 https://www.cpdn.org/cpdnboinc/result.php?resultid=21264238 There are no trickles after 23 Jan 2019, although there were some zip-uploads recently. However, I don't care too much about credits as long as the scientific data is transfered correctly. I just want to make sure that there's no problem on the latter part. Please tell me, if I have to use my data backups going back to 23 Jan 2019 and re-crunch and re-upload the WUs. Oeko, the trickle databasing process has not been running for awhile. This happens if the process crashes or it doesn't restart after a server restart. In the past, the trickles have almost always shown up after the process is restarted. You do not need to rerun from a backup. |
