For whatever reason I can't reset the Project Resource Share to CPDN. Whatever I put in & hit Update doesn't take hold so I can't get any work from CPDN because it's at 0% right now ...

Can you create a new account on cpdn, or does that ruin your stats?

Are you doing this from cpdn, or from BAM?
If I remember correctly, there's a problem with the latter.
Some tests on the BAM <> cpdn problem were done a few years ago, and BAM failed to detect the response sent to it by cpdn. In which case, changing the settings manually may be the answer.

I'm trying this right from my CPDN Project Preference Page, just tried again with no success in getting it changed so I'm still stuck at 0% Resource Share & I can't get any work from the Project ...
