From Jan 15th I have been crunching and credits are awarded to my account page of CPDN but not showing to my CPID page on BOINC Stats.
Any one got some information about that?
It brings down my RAC

BOINC stats and other external stats pages were informed of changes that would enable them to keep picking up the stats from CPDN. Clearly not all have picked up on the email they were sent. Perhaps they are due a reminder?

Willy recently pulled down the latest stats, but he had to use a workaround. It looks like his usual process is getting "403 forbidden" back from CPDN.

Both urls work for me, but I'm not using a script for it:

http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/stats/

http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/stats/

I don't know which is the main site, and which is the backup.
They'll get it sorted out sooner or later.

Further to "403 Forbidden" below - I need to amend my account details but when I click the link the system responds with this:

Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. in /storage/www/cpdnboinc/html/user/zbblock/zbblock.php on line 401

403 FORBIDDEN

Your IP, and Domain Name (if resolvable) has been logged to a local honeypot, along with the referring page (if any), QUERY, POST, User Agent, time of access, and date. Please either 1. Stop the bad behavior, or 2. Cease accessing this system.

There is a little more but that is the guts of it. I have moved to Italy from the UK and that clearly has something to do with this and is why I am wanting to change my account details.

Can anyone tell me how to cope with this. I am not a computer expert. The ISP here is Telecom Italia.

I am open to someone who knows more than me correcting this but, from memory this means someone with an ip address close to yours or possibly even someone working for your isp is responsible for a lot of spam/hacking attacks which may mean anyone with an IP address showing that they are using that isp is going to suffer the same problem. Not sure what the answer is if changing your isp isn't an option however.

Telecomitalia is my ISP. Once I was banned from an Oxford link on this site because they said Telecomitalia was not responding to their requests. No other BOINC site has made any objection to me, including CERN, Berkeley, the Albert Einstein Institute etc. So maybe they are just suspicious of anybody in Italy.

Yes, Dave and Tullio are correct.
That ISP is on a "blocked" list, for massive spamming.

As a lot of this is various attempts to attack the Uni of Oxford's servers, such as phising, and other forms of malware, that ISP is in the sin bin.
Possibly that entire Domain is blocked.

You'll need to find another ISP to change details of your account; perhaps going to France or Switzerland, and getting temporary access via an ISP there.
(A library, perhaps?)

Get a UK VPN or any other VPN that will let you look British to the CPDN servers.

Other providers in Italy are Fastweb, which has fiber connections, and Vodafone. I am keeping Telecomitalia for historical reasons, since I am registered in about 100 sites with my mail account and I don't want to change it.CPDN is the only site which has boycotted me at times.

Hi....Hoping someone can provide some advice. On May 5th I changed my CPDN email address. I then noticed that BOINC STATS was no longer picking up my CPDN credits. So....I changed my email address back to the original address and it's been over a week, but BOINC STATS is still not picking up CPDN credits. Any ideas anyone?? Not sure how often BOINC STATS picks up new/changed email addresses to add/subtract from a user's account/email address.

BOINCstats hasn't picked anybody's credits in ten days. All days show zeros.

This is because the stats dumps are old.

It looks like this is in the process of getting corrected. Check again in a few hours after today's daily update.

Or not...I got a big adjustment, but it got me back only to where I was before the most recent running of the CPDN credit script.

Hi...just to clarify, after changing my email address (and then changing it back), BOINC Stats isn't even picking up the CPDN project anymore in my stats. Any advice appreciated.
