Were any of the simulations for the 2008 Met report "FORESTS AND EMISSIONS:
A CONTRIBUTION TO THE ELIASCH REVIEW" done with CPDN?

I don't think so. The authors were not collaborators with cpdn and there were no noticeable references from cpdn research in the publication's list of references.
