Hi,
till yesterday I had more than 430.000 Credits.
Now these are only in 5.800.
How can this be?
I count climateprediction for 10 years and now I stand again at the beginning...
:-((
Greetings

I looked at a month's worth of messages on the credit status thread and could not find a reason for lost credits. Perhaps I skimmed the messages too fast and missed the explanation or saw it and didn't understand it's relationship to my issue. My credits are down 826,914.

I have been crunching data since 2010. Today, my total has gone from 13,000,000 to 50,000. That is not a typo. 7 years gone! I haven't changed any settings.
If I managed my company's software the same way my data is managed by CPN, we would be out of business.

Hi,
my Credits are back and I have done nothing.
Whom should I contact, if this happens?
Something does not run in the CPDN background properly...
Greetings from Germany :-)

All my credits is lost. I must registred my account again to write to forum. Is it possible to get my credit back, or is it gone forever?
