Would different models have different T/S on the same CPU. (Example 1. Model 1 have T/S of 2.4
2. Model 2 have T/S of 2.1
all on the same CPU but at different times).

Different model runs do process at different speeds due to the different parameter sets. But 2.1 to 2.4 is a pretty big difference. I assume you mean sec/ts?
