The first and last as well as the create thread error have Invalid Theta detected which usually means an impossible climate has been created. It is part of the way CPDN works that means that will happen from time to time. Usually it happens more on early batches of a particular project and the parameters are refined on later ones to avoid this.

I can't remember if a cause of the create thread error was tracked down or not.
