I was gone for over 3 years, all 4 of my computers were stolen and it took me sometime to get backup and running. Now that I'm back, all my credit is gone, records of previous posts and everything else except the account it's self. I'm pretty sure I had over 1,000,000 credits (I can't remember how much) because I ran all 4 rigs 24\7 365, I'm not sure what I should do?

There is a post in the announcements section somewhere about this. It is to do with EU/UK data protection legislation that says we shouldn't hang on to data about individuals any longer than absolutely necessary. However there is an archive through which Andy can reactivate your old account. I have been leaving these to the moderators to pick up. Your old username or even better your old user ID no on the system I think from memory is what is required.

Should I post my user ID here (I don't know if that's all right to do)? BOINC stats has a bunch of strange stuff on me with a credit of 10,197,387 witch seems way too high, I'm not sure I can't remember. The strange thing is that the account is still here, just missing data. I do appreciate any help you can provide, thanks Dave

Don't know how long it will take for Andy to get round to sorting it out but am pretty confident he will.

681346 that's the only ID I've had, I didn't reregister, just logged in with my usual user name and password. Anyway, thanks for your help
