Hopefully it will get fixed soon. I have a Hadcm3s that is finished, but, can’t report because of it. Tomorrow is Easter Monday. That’s kind of a holiday in the UK isn’t it. May not get fixed till Tuesday.

Yes it would appear we have issues which may or may not be part of a larger problem we have with things failing due to an unsuccessful os upgrade/patching on the server

During the, "upgrade" the project was offline for a few hours. I imagine that will probably happen while fixing happens so don't be surprised if zips stop being uploaded for a few hours.

I am reminded of what I posted when an, "upgrade" totally broke the NHS system I was a user of some years ago.
"I remember the days when an upgrade actually improved things for the user!"

Hi. I too had noticed the feeder error in the log. Note that my computer is using GMT+12 as its clock.

while my zips continue to upload for me, tasks here can not report completed status, nor can I download new tasks. I still have a few days worth of crunching to do on existing tasks. After that I will transfer resources to another project until this error is sorted.

That is why I stay on Win7. Their ultimate threat is to cut off upgrades. That would improve reliability.

Except when Win7 auto upgrades to Win10.

that is just one more reason to set windows update to check for updates only, not to auto install, a feature that went with windows 10

There is no more Auto Upgrades From Windows 7 or 8.x to Windows 10

Matters like this are handed over to the IT people, so it's all up to them.

The first signs that something has happened will probably be when it all starts working again, and sometime after that the project people will be told, the moderators will be told, and a post will be made here.

Posting a New "News" on the Main Page would be nice to at least let us know what is going on.

Everything is red on the server front now. My guess is that they are attempting to fix whatever broke during the server OS update. Also all uploads now getting the project servers may be temporarily down message.
