Another email if no response when I get up tomorrow morning. (UK time, so it will be before they get in.)

As no change in my credits when I enabled internet access this morning (normally I let my zips go through in the middle of the night) I have sent another carrier pigeon in the direction of Oxford.

I have sent another carrier pigeon in the direction of Oxford.

Pigeon has returned,

"Hi Dave,

Andy is still away until the middle of this week. David and I are very busy, but we will try and take a look to figure out what is going on.

Best wishes,

Sarah"

I suspect whatever was done to suspend tasks going out to sort out Jasmine also stopped the credit script from running. Don't start holding your breath till after next weekend when the script would normally run.

Best regards,

Looks like that worked, at least for me here.
Updated credits consistent with last few weeks diminishing work.
Thanks

Just noticed that mine have updated too so I guess we are back in action again on that front. Now just waiting for more work.

Credit at CPDN has been updated. Step 1 complete.

Now the external stats files need updated. This still hasn't updated since 6/24

The export stats script has now run, and also BOINCstats has picked them up.

Local credits and the external credits are two totally different matters.
What you're talking about is local credit.

And why your completed model got less credit than a failed model is something else for discussion.
Especially as it seems that none of the other person's zips got returned, only the trickles.

It's because they still haven't run the credit script since Jean-David's last trickle. Andy did a manual run that finished before that last trickle a week ago and the credit script hasn't been run since.

Ah right, of course. Forgot about that.
The export run was to get something to the stats sites to try and stop the pm complaints about that.

Good News. I see that the credit script has run, and a bit early.

About same time it ran last week. I was waiting to see if this would happen before emailing a reminder to Andy a reminder for the weekend.I won't bother now.

And the credit script has run again. Clearly someone has moved the weekend!

I agree it looks like it's moved to Friday New Zealand time or perhaps Thursday because when I checked on Friday morning I had credit granted for half a work unit I have completed other half is still running.

I don't know what to tell you. The server for the CAM25 models is often unreliable and one to a few of the uploads from a single model might get stuck with a partial upload status. There are some pertinent messages related to CAM25 uploads in the last 50 or so posts in this thread https://www.cpdn.org/cpdnboinc/forum_thread.php?id=8744

What would I do? Probably abort the task or abort the upload transfers. Far from an ideal situation.

As geophi has suggested, it might work to just abort it.

There isn't much point in leaving it stuck.
