Not that I am aware of. It has all the current applications and their versions as far as I can see. I believe there is going to be a new version of the HADAMC3S application at some point which it is hoped will address the issue of only the first zip being shown on the web page. Not sure what else it is addressing if anything.

Is there anything in particular you would like to see on it?

I'm not sure all those apps need to be listed any more. If there is never going to be releases of tasks from those apps (because wah2 and hadcm3s have taken over everything), then they could be removed from the apps list and no one perusing it could possibly expect to receive any of those types. For example, there are a couple apps listed there, other than hadcm3s, compatible with linux and mac. Yet I don't believe there is any likelihood of work units from those apps being released.

And yet there are circa 20k WU in progress from these no-longer-to-be-used apps. I personally have an orphan WU that will expire 2023. Perhaps it is good to clean up those as well.

As George says, many of these app types are no longer used. I would like to see them go from the server status page too.

I talked to Sarah a couple of months ago about both of these pages, mostly because I suspect that the numbers shown on the Project Status page for old, unused, model types are incorrect, and should read zero.
She said that there were plans for removing them, (not what I'd hoped for), and it would probably happen when other changes were made to upgrade various servers.

I don't see this yet, and I also don't see how not having them displayed is going to improve the amount or quality of the models that get released these days.

I believe that those WU’s with the 2023 deadline date were marked “not needed no resubmission” and rereleased by accident.

Les, Removing it obviously isn't going to change the amount and quality of models returned. But, it's misleading to list apps on that page that will never be issued again. Unless I misunderstand what you meant in your quote above...

No, that's about what I meant. I think. Hard to tell these days. :)

It's just that there seems to be a lot of discontent at the moment, and I'm not sure why.
Perhaps everyone is bored?

But, as I said, "the project" does have plans. (Money? IT "knows what's best"?)
And, as usual, "improvements" often mean it's just different, not better. :(
