The project are looking at setting Maximum daily WU quota per CPU on these computers to -1 which stops them getting any work. The programmer who always used to do this left the project some years ago and it hasn't been taken up again since.

In the past an email was sent to offenders who would then have to report back in the forums to say they had rectified the problem before being allowed work again. I think an email will be drafted soon. I will post again when I hear that they have decided on a wording.
