August is when the servers were upgraded to the latest version on BOINC.
At the same time, several other changes were made: the GDPR stuff, removal of the option to select which model type to download, and not having multiple OSs on each model type.

Since then, the most active researchers have been those using the newer apps, which are linux only, and a lot higher res than before.
There are some Windows models in testing, which will show up here at some time in the future.

There HAVE been several batches of Windows tasks, each around 3,000 units, released over the last couple of months.
With possibly well over 10,000 computers waiting for them, they lasted between 30-90 minutes.
Anyone whose computer was busy with work from other projects at the time will have missed them.
