There are now upgraded versions of the BOINC Client for 64-bit Windows (Version 7.16.5) and Mac OS X 64-bit (Version 7.16.6). These new releases are for 64-bit operating systems only. 32-bit Windows operating systems will continue to use BOINC Version 7.14.2. (All new releases of the BOINC Client will be for 64-bit operating Systems).

Sadly the 64bit Windows release still crashes on switching to advanced view under WINE. Tasks will run and complete from the simple view but clicking on the notices tab also crashes the client.
