Uploading files fails

Project Climateprediction.net Wether at Home fails to upload results. Upload keeps pending for months now in Boinc. Other projects upload properly, such as Rosetta@home, World Community Grid. What is the problem here with Climate prediction? These files have taken many days to complete, it will be nice if the work will not get lost. The projects are: Weather At Home 2 (wah2) 8.24. Filenames are: wah2_cam25_a0hz_200405_18_832_011891014 wah2_cam25_a0kj_200405_18_832_011891106 wah2_cam25_a0dd_200405_18_832_01189084 wah2_cam25_a0ld_200405_18_832_011891136 files were recieved on 18-9-2019 |

Project Climateprediction.net Wether at Home fails to upload results. Upload keeps pending for months now in Boinc. Can you turn the file xfer option on in the event log options just before the retry? That should give you more detail about the reason for failure. |

Batch 832 was closed on 14 February, so just abort any transfers you have for those batches. |

Why did that happen? i have until august to finisch according to boinc. So thats 54 days of computing down the drain? |

The "BOINC deadline" is long to prevent cpdn from hogging the processors, when other very much shorter projects are run at the same time. This has been posted about for years. The "deadline" here is, ASAP, so the researchers can do their analysis of the data. And when they get back enough results, the batch is usually closed to free up server space. Anyone who hasn't returned their results in a timely manner just misses out. |

Thanks George. I've emailed Andy. The ANZ people may be working from a home office, and it's the weekend. And freezing down here at the moment. |

My uploads our now mostly uploaded, usually not on first try, but eventually they do finish successfully.

I have 21 or so uploads waiting. It's been over 36 hours and they still haven't uploaded yet. Often they get to 100%, then just get stuck there. Is it a client problem, or is it a server problem? Rosetta@home tasks are uploading fine. |

I am uploading two zips now. They are a bit slow at 50 kbps, but at least going. My uploads either don't move at all or get to 100% and stall there. Interestingly, these trickles do appear on the website. Although, I don't seem to be getting any credits for them. I think my tasks are from batch 870, are they still open? |

Same here....uploads from the ANZ50 are not uploading. And when they do....they get stuck on 100%. Is there a sollution pending? |
