Currently the only work for windows machines are reruns of failed tasks and are inferquent. The available work at the moment is for machines running Linux. Sorry.

“Latest request too recent” is saying that it won’t even consider looking for work because you asked within the past hour.

Wait, then wait again. Then set nnt for all other projects, wait some more before you click update and see if you’re lucky.

The problem these days, is that the work comes from research centres around the world, and only they know what they're up to.
And it appears that a researcher only needs about 3000 tasks to cover the range of expected values.

With thousands of Windows computers waiting to grab work, I've noticed that a new batch only lasts about half an hour before it's gone.

so you can then completely forget the project and delete it?
Or keep a close eye on the Project status page, and this thread: New Work Announcements
