For the record, having found the last missing dependency to get 7.23.0 built for the manager, doesn't help. Not that I really expected it to as I had it running as the client with an earlier version of the manager.

I can report that my Arch Linux box, with version 7.22.1, has now updated, so whatever was done seems to have been successful.

I can report that my Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.7 (Ootpa) box has not updated anything, yet it is now working properly. Here you can see about when it happened. Of course, it found no work for me, but that is not a surprise.
